This training honed our will and cultivated our unity and cooperation. We cared more about each other. We improved enterprising spirit and also understood the importance of complying with rules. Our collective sense of honor is strong than ever!
I did not know what to expect as it was my first workshop. However, I enjoyed it. I learned useful tactics to apply to customer service. I enjoyed the role playing of customer service, account manager and customer. This helped me observe how others handle difficult situations. I would do this workshop again!
I was so impressed by the move of ``bird flying``, because it required full trust on my partners. The moment I was topped by my teammates, I understood what is teamwork and team spirit.
